For those down to dance, the slopes will come alive with a mountain of top acts from Lesotho and South Africa. The vibe is intimate so you’ll rub shoulders; make snow angels and memories with Black Motion, Gangs of Ballet, Mo Cheque, Desmond & the Tutu’s, Rubber Duc and many more… From rock and indie to electro, house and DnB there will be four stages and all tastes to choose from and enjoy.

For those that only go for the great outdoors, the warm, Spring weather is ideal conditions for anyone learning to ski or snowboard. Your entry gives you access, three-day Snow pass on Maluti’s finest slopes with snowboard & ski gear rental for the entire festival. To add to the mountain adventure, Afriski also offers activities such as trail running, monster rollers, enduro trails and much more.

Snow much to do, so little time. Day One you’ll break the ice, with some fun and (drinking) games. Day two, enjoy a day of tubing and leisure before getting dressed up to party the night away to some sky-high beats. Day three the festival goes full force and it will be time to take a crack at the Naked Ski Run, compete in “The King of the Mountain”, give pond skimming a splash and end off with the customary “Ski Burning” to light up the slopes one last time before heading home.

Winterfest accommodation comes in all shapes and sizes, live the high life for three days by booking one of the lodges, chalets or apartments or share the love and make friends for life by booking into the Afriski backpackers.
